Corporate Code of Ethics

Corporate Code of Ethics of Our Company applies equally to all members of the Board of Directors and employees, regardless of their respective positions. All members of the Board of Directors and employees of Your Company are prohibited of conducting: 

• the providing of gifts, entertainment services or any other form of gratification which have either direct or indirect relations with the company’s business 

• the payment of agents, distribution commissions or price cuts beyond the agreement stated in the contract. 

• the payment of direct or indirect political contribution of Our Company to candidates, parties, or political campaigns both in Indonesia and abroad, and 

• criminal acts

 

Code of Conduct 

Our Company’s Code of Ethics has been formulated in the Code of Conduct as Business Ethics and Work Ethics, which cover issues on compliance, conflicts of interest, gifts, confidentiality, relations with government officials, occupational safety/security/health, natural resources management, equality and justice, as well as intellectual property rights. The Code of Conduct applies to all levels of organization in Our Company, and had been disseminated at all Business Units of Our Company with the imperative obligation for implementation. 

Violations of the Business Ethics and Work Ethics will be subject to sanctions in accordance with prevailing company rules and regulations. Any employee who knows or suspects a violation of the Business Ethics and Work Ethics has the obligation to report to the superiors in hierarchical stages.

The implementation of the Business Ethics and Work Ethics has been running effectively, and in 2022 there was no ignorance nor violation that could affect Our Company operations
