Rubber

Bakrie Sumatera Plantations is a prominent producer of high quality concentrated latex and technically Specified Rubber (TSR) in Indonesia. BSP supplies latex and crumb rubber to a broad range of locally and internationally well known rubber manufacturers whose manufacturing processes require high quality raw materials that must meet or exceed the commonly accepted specifications. BSP has consistently and without difficulty met the stringent quality demands of these customers. The success is due to the fact that BSP is ISO 9002 certified and adopts a state of the art approach to quality management in which quality control starts from the field, through processing, grading, packing and storage.

Our processing technologies which have been proven to be able to produce high quality latex and crumb rubber, are being strictly adhered to during processing. However, our strategy also includes making continuous improvement and developments in our processes to meet the challenges ahead.

Our products:

Oil Palm

From our oil palm plantations, we produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) at our mills which are located within the vicinity of all our oil palm plantations. This to ensure that all of the Fresh Fruit Bunches are transported within short distance, hence enabling to maintain the freshness of the fruits. In return premium quality CPO is produced. CPO is so far used as raw material for many kinds of edible oil, shortening and oleo chemical products.

Our own CPO refinery in Karawang produces RDB Olein., Fatty Acid and Stearin which are sold for domestic market. The Karawang factory has the capability to also produce red cooking oil which has high vitamin content with a premium quality.
