MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Besides direct sales to our customer, BSP products are also sold through international dealers to customers like Delphi USA and Hutchinson Europe. Our major dealers include Alcan (France), Tong teik SIngapore and Centrotrade Deutchland GMBH, Germany.

In liaison with the processing department, the marketing personnel will, within 48 hours, respond and provide an answer to the problem or claim from the user. Any problems with the product will be investigated and if found necessary, new procedures will be implemented to prevent the recurrences of the problem. Our raw materials come directly from our Plantations, enabling our customer to always get the most consistent high quality product.

Our objective is to achieve total customer satisfaction and stand by our quality and guarantee for every product produced by BSP.
